The Dean of Students is responsible for the Student Affairs Office presidency. Responsibilities of Student Affairs: For every academic year, carrying out students’ first registration, preparing students’ individual files and transferring them to magnetic field. Preparing student certificates, Preparing student identification cards, Preparing transcripts, Following tuition fees, Postponement of military obligation and presentation of EK-G documents to appropriate offices. Carrying out graduation procedures, Preparing statistical information. In addition to the works listed above, Student Affairs provide consultation services for all students, students’ relatives and academic units by giving general information about university, registration procedure and other processes.
